Cerwyn,
Do you know if the blank fire kits ever became availabe for these?

Hi gf,

I don't know if Blank Fire Kits ever became available for these. Certainly some have been converted to either 8mm or 9mm blank fire (I can't recall which... 9mm I think )

Shoei did also produce a PFC version of the '44 and it's possible, I'd guess, to convert the dummy over to a cap firer if the conversion kits were available now.

I found the thread on the WWII forum, he is running it on winmag through a sterling mag inserted into the standard one.

Thanks gf, ah yes, I've seen this video before ... impressive isn't it

I was certain there was a thread on this in the forum here somewhere, but I can't find it now. Perhaps it was all deleted from the original site when the Blank Fire category was removed.

So that is a 9mm blank then using Sterling mags, interesting as I happen to have 2 of those mags here...
I won't be converting mine though, but those mags I have may be of interest to somebody
