Extract of e-mail request from new member snobird 13/10/09

Hello and thank you for the welcome to your forums.

Now, if I may, can I ask your help? I recently acquired a P38 pistol

in kit form but with no assembly instuctions or ammo.

I think it is a Marushin Metal P38 but do not know or understand the

model guns to know for sure. The only information I have is on the

cover of the plain white cardboard box it came in. It reads...

RMI P38 MILITARY UNCLE AUTOMATIC MODEL ...

(also refer to http://mp40modelguns.forumotion.net/modelgun-general-discussion-f1/mgc-all-metal-m1897-shotgun-info-needed-t697.htm)

MGC M97 shotgun was designed for use paper cap. Paper caps are hold in the shell by poly washer or scotch tape.

It has no firing pin in the breech and no chamber. Hammer piece that connected hammer hits the shell directly.

Refer the pictures.

Hello all! I have already posted this long ago, but maybe it can be found in this new section easier. It is something I found on an Airsoft forum long ago, and sadly it is in Japanese only. Anyway admins please feel free to delete this post as it is a dubble post indeed.

I like these ... I like the fact that someone at some point has taken the time to lay all the pieces out perfectly ...well except if you look at the MAC 11 one close....look at the two cotton buds .... the one on the right is not parallel to the other ... god I bet that drove someone mad for ages afterwards !!

TRC (=Nakata) Hi-Power exploded picture.

Metal Hi-Power was produced by Nakata (=TRC) and Marushin.

I don't think MGC produced Hi-Power, though they had plan.
