Hudson's M3A1 'Grease Gun'

I've used MGC .45ACP cartridges and inners in my Grease Gun ever since I bought it.
The stoppages were due to faulty caps not igniting and blowing back.
I do need, however, to have the Hudson Det Pin modified to accept the longer MGC inners which should be less strenuous on the gun.
The pin is looking slightly worse for wear and the cartridge inners have little punch marks in them where the pin's struck.
