Just got this today and am very pleased.Just goes to show how good these Hudsons are in that original parts fit even down to the threads.
2 second application-just needed to remove the stripper clip guide.

Great! That really improves the overall look of your M14. But to be frank I like it anyway. A nice rifle, and the original is very accurate and can deliver a hell of a punch through its powerful 7.62 mm cartridge.

Thanks Mike,not sure if teh mount is the same as Nam period but seeing as it was from the original makers as teh gun i couldnt resist-now just need a cheap scope to finish the effect.Have an original sling on the way.
Typical,before i got the gun the bayonets were going very cheap but now i wouldnt mind one of course they are hard to come by and expensive

Looks great!
I heard Hudson undertook some numbers of magazine production for SFA.
There is just a slight difference from that for modelgun (couple more application of spot welding), but the dimentions are the same.
