One of the original modelgun manufacturers, created in 1960s. Initially sold MGC models under brand "INT", but in 1980s created their own brand manufacturing mostly revolvers, some copied from MGC. Revolvers made Kokusai brand well-known.

In 1990 Kokusai factory was destroyed by fire, supposedly made by burglars who did not find there money and decided to burn the place.

Some molds survived, and another company (Sun Project??) took over the brand, continued production.

Kokusai produced a multitude of revolver models: Colt SAA, Python, King Cobra, Lawman, S&W M10, M13, M19, M29, M586, M65, M66, M686. They also had a few pistols: Walther P38, Browning 1910, Automag TDE, Colt .25.
