Have you taken a look at the locking lugs at the rear of your tube and inside the lower receiver , perhaps instead of squared edges they have rounded off ?

also take a look to see the mag housing is still firmly glued to the receiver .

Id perhaps try a harder spring in the take down knob too .

quite an impressive vid to show the effect though .
