It looks like brand spanking new doesn't it

I'm going to try contacting the gent' that posted these on youtube. He's in Japan and it's usually a 50/50 chance that he'll understand English. I certainly don't speak Japanese so let's hope so

The titles shown do state MGC but a very rough translation of his text mentions the heat transfer turning the barrel shroud blue and he mentions Dural...

This model looks so new I'd guess that several components are newly made. But I am only guessing
