MAC-10 Model?

Hello,
I know that there is a pretty good looking, possibly all zinc model of the Ingram MAC-10 out there, which, I believe, is made by the same manufacturer who does the SMLE No.1 MK III.
Does anyone of you have the name of the maker for me, please?

Hi,
The only all zinc model of the mac 10 that i'm aware of is made by Denix a spanish company that makes quite poor quality replicas.I have seen the mac 10 made by Denix and i would not recommend it ,the casting is poor,you cann't chamber any rounds it is just poorly made.

Actually, There isn't a modelgun version of the MAC 10 that I am aware of at this time. The only MAC modelguns that where made where the MGC MAC 11 's The MAC 10 is the big brother to the MAC 11 and it was made in 9mm and .45 ACP The MAC 11 was chambered in .380ACP

I wish that there was a MAC 10 modelgun as that would have been cool to have a big/small display

Sorry an easy mistake,but as Rodietrooper was refering to an all zinc model and by the same company that made the smle no1 mk3 then Denix is the only company i know that has reproduced the smle,thus i assumed......

Don't know if this is interesting for you Rhodietrooper, but if you are into airsoft aswell, you might consider the Maruzen MAC10. I don't know much about it (I also don't know if it's all zinc, but I doubt it), besides the fact that it is a classic gun (no longer in production) and thus pretty hard to get.

If you're interested, here's the link to an airsoft gun homepage from an austrian guy named Gregor, he owns a Maruzen MAC10: http://www.scaar.at/airsoft/index.htm
His airsoft collection is impressive to say the least, for the MAC10 go to "Classics". He wants to sell, asks 570 USD for the gun with 3 mags and the rubber coated silencer.

You also might want to have a look into the www.classicairsoft.net forum, they have a very good bazaar for classicguns, most of those guys are located in the US.

thanks for the replies, guys.
I'm afraid, it was the Denix MAC-11 I had in the back of my head.
The MAC-10 was wanted as a toy for my Vietnam-War US Special Forces kit, but airsoft guns are not an easy topic here in Germany, r.g. you can only have full-auto versions if they don't exceed a certain velocity, etc.
I'll check out the mentioned links nonetheless.
