| Post by ricks Got a chance to shoot the new Bushmaster .450, aka "The Thumper" last weekend... OH YES!!!! "Thump" is a bit of an understatement, more like a manly punch to the shoulder, a la 12 ga. 3" magnum, NOT the paltry 20 ga. equivalent they talk about. I can hardly wait to try the .50 Beowulf [I remember a tongue-in-cheek post about a little guy with a huge gun somewhere - problem is, I'm the size of a linebacker] _________________ Rick | |

| Now there's an idea for a Convention... We ALL go to Rick's and get to play with REAL stuff too!
Is this the AR-15 you fired? Bushmaster Big bore power with less recoil, thats whats provided with the Bushmaster .450 caliber Gas Operated Carbine. The normally large recoil of the .450 is lessened to a heavy thump by the AR type gas operating system. Standard 30 round magazines are fitted with a blue single stack follower to create a magazine capacity of five rounds.
- Bushmaster AR-15 .450 Carbine
- .450 Bushmaster Caliber
- Semi-Automatic
- Gas Operated
- A2 Stock
- 16 inch Barrel
- 5 round Magazine Capacity
- 34.25 inches in Length

I bet it kicked like a Mule!
