Had a chance to try out the IMI Desert Eagle .50 AE, fun.. but i'm still a Glock guy

I've tried to convert the vid's to .avi, hopefully they'll work now...

This should, hopefully, be a link to my youtube page and there should be 3 vid's of the DE. The one where i'm not shooting will be the one with the huge fireball.

I just noticed that i'm flinching a lot when i'm about to fire it and realize i still had the safety on!

I also think my friend is "limp wristing" it, as it never malfunctioned when i fired it.

These vid's have been shot with my cellphone and then cponverted from .gp to .avi so they are pretty crappy.
But hopefully they will be somewhat entertaining anyway

It is a BIG[huge] gun...

It didn't really kick too much, even when firing onehanded, altough i wouldn't do it everyday..
I've fired a few revolvers that kicked harder, i bet the weight of the DE and the fact that it is semi-automatic help a lot with the recoil.

Finally got the vid working through firefox, you lucky sod i would love the chance to fire that gun how accurate was it considering the weight of the gun and keeping it from waving around, congrats on the 1 hand firing by the way.
Only thing, i would of expected a bit of muzzle blast from such a large round and short barrel.

I'd say it was quite accurate and easy to fire, it is a heavy gun but not "too" heavy, i found it to be quite stable.
It has a huge muzzle blast, but they aren't caught in the vid, too few frames in the vid i think.

I have another vid when a friend fires it and it shows a HUGE fireball
