Sadly, No.
The Marushin and The MGC magazines are dimentioned differently!
Only Marushin magazines fit in Marushins and MGC magazines in MGC's
Even the new MGC M4A1 (just released) magazines are different than the older MGC M16 series magazines!
The magazine inter-change "problem" is a bad one as many of the older MGC's and Marushins are found missing their magazines!
In fact, I found a Marushin M16 (20 round) magazine at a gunshow! The dealer that had it, didn't know just what it fit and was happy to sell it!

I have Marushin, MGC, Haw San (Taiwan made) M9 & M1911, their magazines are not compatible. Though some may be inserted inside the other make's frame, it cannot be securely "clicked" in place.
