Marushin M16A2 mag question

Hi guys,

looking into getting a Marushin A2 as my first rifle. I like the look of it and I've found one for a nice price. I'm just wondering if it can take 30rd mags as that is somewhat of a dealbreaker for me.

Anybody know anything about this?

It can take real M16 30rnd mags, but the mag catch hole has to be modified and spring inside shortened, a bit fiddely but do-able:)

Cheers for that, I don't like fiddly, least not when I'm starting out, there's enough fiddling to be done with bolt catches and receivers.

I'll look into some other options.
