Another youtube offering, a good performing cap-firing M1 carbine. I'm not sure of the model's manufacturer so if you can tell me I'll ammend the video's title Wink

EDIT: Tanaka added, thanks to all Smile

1) I was actually worried about the spent rounds wrecking the model planes behind Wink (0:47~0:57);

2) Why this gentleman got the open barrel (1:12 - smoke out from the muzzle) while mine's blocked? Such modifications shall not be allowed if in Japan Tanaka M1 Carbine Firing A4

Jim,

I have this Tanaka M1. The barrel getting narrowed inside at a point, with clearance only smoke can path through. Therefore, if you put stick inside or look into a barrel, you may feel it is blocked.

Hi Shaz Very Happy ,

All right...thanks! Very innovative indeed as only smoke can pass through (not even the light)...this a legal loophole (supposed all metal longarms need to have the bore completely blocked)?
