This guy is great. He's also made a G36, m249 and L85.

Thanks for posting this S Very Happy

It's amazing how talented some of these guys are. The SCAR's builder is quite approachable too despite the language barrier. Google Translate makes sending and receiving messages resonably easy.

What will he build next I wonder Question

I have a cheap plastic G36 airsoft and I would love to try and get it to fire PFC cartridges. I doubt it would work though lol.

I would count anything over 1000 dollars as expensive! I'd love to see more guns from the Airsoft range made into dummy guns, that don't fire, but cock, and dry fire... mmm

Surely that would be really cheap!

I should add that the cheap Chinese airsoft only gives you the outer shell...inside you still have to chop up a modelgun for it (for this SCAR the M16 from Marushin will be ideal since it is still widely available built or in kits)...

From what I've gathered so far: for pistols you can get Marushin's M84 for the mechanism since it's cheap & tiny so you can fit into other pistols...rifles as I said the M16 series from MGC/Marushin and for SMG it used to be MGC's M11 SMG (now I don't know since these have been discontinued)...maybe KSC's M93R is a good (and remaining) choice now... Question
