WTB S&W M29 Grips

Hi, I have a Kokusai S&W M29 .44 Magnum and am looking for wood or pachmyr grips to replace the standard ones. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

They do come up on ebay, gunstar may be another place or you can look at yahoo japan (one of the guys in japan would probably help you out there) as wood grips come up but they are not cheap. I have looked for real grips before but price has always put me off.

Thanks Claymore. I dipped my toe into the world of buying from Japan yesterday by looking at buyee etc, but I guess even model gun parts are treated as prohibited.

There are some grips on Etsy, made in Thailand. Still not cheap, but I might try it.
