MGC? MP40 upper receiver/bolt for parts/project

An all metal model MP40 upper receiver tube/mag well/bolt. It may be a MGC version, but is, to my eye, unmarked. I purchased this for an unsuccessful project, and would now like to pass on to someone with greater technical ability. Cocking piece on bolt is missing. It still retains the extractor, spring and screw. It has not been ground down or de-milled in any way. The magazine catch still retains the spring and operates. Trigger bar assembly works.
