MGC M92 locking open after every shot

Hi everyone,

Basically I have an MGC M92 and its locking open after every shot instead of ejecting the cartridges.

Upon analysis this doesn’t make sense because its the magazine that should lift the thing that locks the slide open.

Not come across that, i can only suggest that it might be the spring on the hold open catch or the catch itself, or maybe you need to strip the gun check and lube up it up but i would think the hold open catch is the problem.
