Mike that is a fantastic video but being a complete PC dumbass is there any way of saving it for the future or do you have to download it every time you want to watch it?

Rich, right click where it says "windows media 37 MB " and select " save as " and then save it in a folder where you can find it again .

Or simply play it - when the video starts (and your Windows media player pops open) click the "file" then "save as".....name it and put it where you can find it again (desktop is good).

This is perfect! Being the owner of an XM177 (bought and built from kit) and having experienced ALL the problems most of us have had getting it to work properly, this film is invaluable.
Mark has listed (as well as a lot of you) posts explaining how to tune these but I had no idea what the 'Auto Sear' was!
This film shows it and how it all works.
Great, more like this would be really worth having.

That is a great informative video Mike. Maybe not all relevant to the model version, but it will certainly help understand a lot about that gun. I even learnt a few things! Maybe this should be made a sticky (or at least as long as the link works!) in the modelgun problems section, as this seems to be one of the models that most people seem to have trouble with. Maybe next you could find one on the tommy gun!
