I found a man who has made some dummy carts for blank guns in a limited series. They are all solid brass, machined on a CNC mill, with a hole in it. He made 8 mm K, 9 mm PAK, 9 mm Revolver and .315 carts. Please see the pictures.

If anyone is interested I can try to obtain some, but as I said stocks are limited.

Not sure I see the point... they're still the wrong size to look like real rounds, or else they wouldn't fit in 8mm or 9mmPAK blank guns anyway. For just cycling rounds you can always just use a spent round.

Was there a particular use for these you had in mind?

I guess those are dummy rounds if you like to dryfire the blank gun. Like real guns blank guns get damaged by dry firing without carts. Anyway I used spent blank rounds if I wanted to dryfire and cycle my blank guns.
