Saw this yesterday and by all accounts, it may become that much more difficult to obtain Tanaka stuff soon...

Looks like Japan's version of the Brocock problems that we had a few years back in the UK.

President of Tanaka actually arrested by violation of Gun & Sword control law.
This Cassiopea system, cartridge gas filling, is now regarded as powerful enough to kill somebody if some one try to fill a powder and steel BB.

The question is Tanaka needs to close down? Don't think so. This is something certainly big loss, but won't to the level that Tanaka needs to close down.
