Another Hsu Wei offering...

After pitfighter asked if Hsu Wei make other models I dig deep and finally found this - another pistol from this mystery manufacturer...




I reckon Valtro is actually an Italian blank firing gun maker making Beretta-styled blank firers - but unfortunately yes, Hsu Wei decided to copy a blank firer which assumably based (but have not faithfully replicated) on Beretta M85... so in short, they replicate a replica...






Due to the tightening of the law - the rounds supplied are solid dummies only (doesn't look too attractive isn't it).

Replicating replicas does seem a strange thing to do but at least I guess, it means there's another "new" modelgun on the market

Those dummy rounds don't look too attractive at all do they If the laws are being tightened up that much Jim, I take it that inert rounds or anything looking at all like a real bullet are banned now
What does that mean for the future of cap firing cartridges Will they look towards banning those too do you think

I reckon everything will be answered once I can get one of these in my hands...

But the situation now is - these guns (and related accessories) are totally legal in HK BUT but not-so-legal in Taiwan and therefore nobody willing to help sending it overseas (i.e. if these items are already illegal in the first place then these shouldn't be available for export).

Trust me I'm extremely interested in the Hsu Wei products (as with their Beretta & their long 20rd mag) but I'd asked all the agents (that helps to bid & send items to HK from Taiwanese sellers unwilling to send items overseas) and chance is slim (similarly to the UK these agents might be too afraid to have their offices & homes raided - otherwise these won't be available "online" only)...

Once again feeling the frustration when I can't get something that are supposedly legal for me...
