| Hi Dave,
I see you are back from your US trip. Maybe you should have brought one back with you. I'm sure Customs would let a little bit of wood through!
Have you thought about making one?
Dan. | |

| Thanks for the responses Paul & Dan, yeah, back from US, what a trip, bought back an old school lightbar for my my fairlane from california!
I have thought of making one, and have searched the net for exact dimensions and such, but havent had much luck.
I will try the site suggested, and see where that takes me.
How is your XA by the way?? I havent seen it for damn years!! | |

| The site suggested unfortunately will only supply parts/bits for guns bought from them. | |

| Dave, they are really not worth the money they are asking for them! Just for a bit of shaped wood?
If you want, you can take measurements off mine, or we can do a deal for your straight front grip.

| Hey all, thanks again, I kind of agree Dan, I have found them for about 60 bucks US, but with exchange rate & shipping, just for a little piece of wood! I will keep the horixontal grip as well, as I want to have both styles of thompson, seeing as I have both stick mags and drums I will keep looking, and let you all know the outcome, but may just have to take you up on measuring yours Dan (plus then I can see your elusive GT falcon!) Cheers! | |

| I actaully found them for sale on a site called gunbroker in th US, its like ebay, but for guns! I used to get bits and pieces for my real steel, before the buyback of course Still got a beautiful set of walnut grips to suit my fav' old 1911 .45, never even fitted em before my guns were taken and destroyed. Oh well, its reassuring to know the majority of guns out there are now owned only by criminals, not law abiding citizens hey! Have a lok at the site, most dont ship international, but for stocks, holsters and the like, they shouldnt have a problem? Cheers Dave | |

| Hi snoopy Modelguns-Worldwide used to be based here in the UK trading as Modelguns.co.uk I bought my first modelgun off them about 5 years ago, and bought several since without any problems at all. Aftersales service was great too so yes, they're legit. If you're thinking of ordering from Europe, you could also try ModelgunCollector.co.uk They are another perfectly legit company based here in the UK. I've bought modelguns off them too without any problems. _________________ Cerwyn
