Actually, The VCR rules don't apply to this replica as it is exempt

Whilst the design of this sits before the date stated in the actual VCR act ( which we know KB is aware of ) it is very responsible of KB to only sell this to someone with the correct exemption ...after all, if someone un-authorised purchased it and mis-used it the design date would make no difference to the police kicking in KBs door.

This is because the average plod would not be able to tell the difference between this and one of post 1860 design.

All it will take is for a few crims to get hold of these and modify them and they will go the same way as the Bruni Olympic ...mark my words
