New help to locate RMI advertisment posted somewhere

I think I have previously seen this before but I can't seem to find it anywhere. It's an old Collectors Armory or RMI advertisement showing all the ridiculously low price back in the 70's or 80's.

Is anyone able to help please?

Do we know what year this advert was?

I also have some old Collectors Armoury catalogues with a whole lot of replica guns in them, but they aren't as cheap as these.
But they are in colour.

As luck would have it I'd been sorting through MGC Modelguns compiling those specific model categories a few weeks ago and remembered seeing the Ad' somewhere amongst them
