I am fairly new to the modelgun world, and have latched on. My other hobbies, with the exception of being a WW2 reenactor, have taken a back seat. These are model guns owned by myself, my bothers and a close friend.
"Our" modest collection DSCN0155
The Hudson M3A1 was recently left in my custody by a friend
The Marushin Browning Hi-Power is my brothers
The Marushin Colt 1911 and Marushin No2Mk1 Enfield revolver are mine.
my WE GBB Luger
Not pictured: my soon to come a Marushin Colt .25 cap firing model, and a MGC Thompson 1921 military version.
Now I have too many hobbies, so I think RC cars will have to go so my wife doesn't flip.
Looking for a MGC Sterling, Marushin MP40, the new CAW M3A, and possibly MGC M2 carbine to be converted with the Para folding stock.

Nice chest of treasures :-)

Did you get Colt .25 and Thompson models by now? What are your first impressions compared to the other ones?

Thanks! We had the Thompson. It just wasn't around for the pic. The Colt .25 came in with only a tiny bit of wear around the slide lock lever.
As far as impressions, I love them all. However with the Thompson being full metal/wood, it adds a something extra.
We actually use these as table displays at enactments so that the general public is not handling our real sidearms.

A nice collection there Very Happy

Most of us "latch on" to this hobby fairly quickly, it only takes one good firing modelgun and we're hooked.
Get ready to buy another carry-case, you'll fill that one in no-time Wink

The MGC Thompson is a wonderful modelgun. Being all metal and wood, it's big, heavy, fires really well, no wonder we get hooked so quickly.
Marushin's MP40 is another great modelgun. It was my first modelgun... and the start of an addiction I cannot kick.
