| Greetings, Just got in my Marushin Colt .25. It did not come with a manual, and I would like to break it down to clean and inspect it. I checked out the link Cerwyn posted from Gary, but its a dead end. I have the cap firing version not the dummy version if it matters. Thanks

| Sadly Gary's photos have all disappeared. Hopefully another set of Instructions can be posted up which can also be used to restore Gary's post. If photos of the Colt .25 can be posted too, they can be put to good use restoring Gary's review pages also. Same goes for ALL threads with long since deleted photos... if anyone can help with new photos PLEASE get in touch, I'll be very grateful Thanks in advance _________________ Cerwyn

| I will definitly take breakdown pics when I do it. I understand that with the slide locked back your supposed to unscrew the barrel, but it will only turn 3/4. | |

| Somewhere I do have an English version of this manual. Trouble is, it - along with English versions of the Marushin Instruction Manuals for the kit versions of the Browning Hi-Powers, Colt 1911 (and Combat Commander) Browning M1910, S&W M39 and M59, Beretta M84 - are all stuck in a box somewhere in my loft (or garage loft) along with my MAC11! We moved out of the old place on the hurry up and literally filled both of the loft's with as much as we could, to get it all out of the way (long story) I need a couple of weeks to clear them both out and find all of these "treasures". I do have the English version of the P38 manual close to hand. I did try and post a pdf version of it on here, but it never worked and it couldn't be viewed! My own colt .25 is damaged, somehow the "firing pin" in the barrel is missing..... | |

| Bummer to hear about your .25. I didnt see a grub screw to retain the pin. I have been unable to find extra carts, let alone parts for these. Modelguns-worldwide has Colt .25 and carts listed, but their .25's are YT Corp. The carts are listed as 6.35mm and Marushins are 7.5X19.5mm

| IIRC the "pin" screwed into the barrel; it had a slot in the end or the driver blade to fit in. I also seem to recall a kind of shroud that went into the barrel as well! | |

| Ill have to see if it unscrews from the barrel. And I would definitly love to see a parts diagram. I have yet to fire it, but everything seems to be there. | |

| Just an update, very late I admit, but I was wrong about the "shroud" on the detonator pin, from the instructions, you use an unloaded cartridge to push the Det pin into place, mine has obviously fallen out overtime...... sadly.
I'd also like to know what happened to the 4 missing cartridges.... All "side fire" | |
