replica pump action shotgun for Feature film "Attack of the Herbals"

Hey everyone.

My name is David Keith, im the director of a feature film "Attack of the Herbals" being shot in the North East of Scotland.

I need some help. What I am looking for is an authentic replica of a pump action shotgun.

I did some research on the web, and found a site who sells Remington M31 RS2 Riot Pump Action Shotgun - with the discription below:

"The cartridges are very quick and simple to load. They take 2x PFC caps and provide good effects and smoke on the reload. You can really do this action quick. With lots of noise, some barrel sparks and smoke, the effects would make a great working movie prop. "

Anyway long story short, tryed to get in contact with the owner of the website, and got a message saying closed due to illness.

Can anyone advise me, where i can hire/buy something similar, at very short notice. The scene is looking to be shot over a 2 day period in the in early July.

Any feedback is greatly welcomed.

Be advised that replica is just slightly undersized. Depending on the size of your actor that may or may not matter.

Another good option to consider (if you can get them there- not sure the VCR rules) is the Maruzen or Tanaka shell-ejecting airsoft shotguns. They're full size, sturdier, and still can chamber and eject casings. Sadly the casings come in blue, but you could paint 'em. Available with a variety of stocks.

No smoke or boom, but you can add some of that either or in post or by getting creative with flash cotton/flash paper, a lit cigarette down the barrel, etc.
