| Nice one - thanks for sharing luchs ...but what calibre are your guns in as I knew that Italian civilians are prohibited from shooting conventional military calibres (that's how 9x21mm came up for Beretta instead of 9mm Para as many of us knew)...or maybe you're a member of the military... | |

| Tell me when you've heard of a sensible gun law anywhere in the world... OK back to your M16s...civilians allow to own military-configuration semi-auto longarms easily or special license required in Italy? Here in HK no official word about it but the licensing dept will automatically reject any military-styled longarm application ... | |

Here in HK no official word about it but the licensing dept will automatically reject any military-styled longarm application ... in italy the semiauto longs arms of military aspect are hunting weapons or sporting weapons..is the overall lenght that make the difference..down 60 cm are sprtoing guns..over 60 cm are hunting guns. but when you have a licence for sporting shooting or hunting you can buy them .. last years a lot of restriction on guns were gone away.. the license have six years term before must be rennoved, you buy waht do you wants ( except full auto and 9 x19 semaiuto handgun ) ,registred them to police and stop..omly for have more then 3 handgun you must have collectors license..but you can obtain it easily .. if the license exipereted you can still have your weapons only do not buy another or trasport or carry them out of your house.. | |
