| I have a CMC Colt Government Model 1911A1 complete in its original box w/ dummy cartridges. I've searched for information on this model, but have not found any detailed references to it. It is complete and the action cycles fine. My questions: Is there a CMC catalog that lists this particular model and/or has it been referenced in any publications? Also, what is is approximate value in today's collector market? I've been a firearms enthusiast (both real & replica models) since the mid- 1960's and have found this Forum to be very informative and well managed. An album link with additional photos will be posted soon. John (jado) San Diego, CA | |

| NKG is Nippon Kokyu Gangu Kumiai
Nippon = Japan, Kokyu = High Grade, Gangu = Toys, Kumiai = Guild (?), Cooperative association (?).
It was made up mainly of Nakata, Hudson, Kokusai, CMC, Malugo and “Marushin” in 1965 (?).
Every maker produced modelgun designed by Mr. Mutobe. They shared items by Mr. Nakata’s arbitration prevent produce same item in the early days. They issued collaborated catalogue.
