| Post by Madmike To be frank I am not sure what one can expect for that cheap price! But the combination of Airsoft BB pellets and fire caps is great and very interesting. I´d love to testfire that gun. | |

| Post by Reemo Oh its awful.....a real POS.
No full auto and its just what you would expect for 40.00! The gun is so light that a moth could take it of your hand and fly away with it (*grin*)
Also guanteed to work for at least one afternoon before completely nuking itself. (Save your money guys for real replicas.)
The idea actually is nothing new either (except for adding the cap in back). Maruzen did this bb loading plastic shell concept back in 1985.
That too was a POS. There is good reason it never "caught on". _________________ "This is your life......and its ending one minute at a time."

| Post by Claymore Cheers Reemo, well it had to be for that price, i still like the concept though. The gun aside i think John was talking more about the caps and the fact they are cheap just wonder if they would have enough power for a modelgun to function though. | |

| Post by Reemo Hi Guys
POS=Piece Of Shite.
The caps shown there are the tiny plastic caps that power every kids little cap gun sold here in the states since paper caps went away.
They are far too small in size and power (not powerful enough) to be of use in the replica PFC guns......they would be swimming inside a 7mm cartridge. Those shown above are very SMALL.
50 caliber primers work in the PFC guns BTW....I was able to scare up a few boxes of Korean War era stuff.......one problem was the primers were unusually tough......many misfires as the Hudson bolt was to light to detonate the primer.
When it did work though, the volume (loudness) was far greater than the PFC caps. Even the Kane caps werent as loud as these rather large size primers.
I wish (like you guys) there was a viable alternative to buying PFC caps. _________________ "This is your life......and its ending one minute at a time."

| Post by Doc yep for $40 I have to agree with reemo that this is likely to be "King for a day" also a "primer" in a cartidge that fires a projectile is not going to go down very well with the Home Office as it will be nearing the definition of a firearm (albeit crap)
Best steer clear of this stuff UK chaps. _________________ We need guns...lots of guns....
