Hi all,  been watching this forum for a while and thought I'd finally upload some pics of my collection here in Oz, getting harder to collect these days unfortunately

Yeah, almost the entire collection is blank firers, the m16 is a pfc, the 2 KAR and Denix 1911s are dummy only, SAM 1911 is my target pistol in 38 Super...and the OC Spray is...well.. a spray

Problem here in Oz are the import restrictions so its getting very hard to have items shipped in, its easier just to get a license and have real firearms, hence the next addition is going to be a 4th Gen Glock 34 once I get it added and can take it home from the shop. Rules in your country are obviously a lot easier to deal with

For airsoft anything goes and I've no problems yet with PFC imports. real guns are easy once you have a police certificate, but you have to belong to a club for 6 months before you can apply and a valid reason isn't "because I want one"
Haven't any realy guns as you can rent them at the club for 100NOK a time, cheaper than having them at home with the safe you have to buy.

Very nice collection mate, the law changes from July of this year have pretty much killed the hobby, so at least you got your collection before that.   

Or August...no more blank firer import even for WA  ...unless someone willing to make it locally like the real steel Warwick M4...

Hate the screws on the grips before but as I want to get the KAR 1911 now (aka 01-300 replica) it sold-out everywhere  (and the following 01-301 is nowhere near)...

I think it was July 14 that the law came into effect, all it took was a change in the regulations by the minister and boom, the hobby was gone.

That's why I'm interested in 3d printers.

Beware Oz will be the first country to ban 3D Printers from civilian use since these are capable to make illegal items (seems the govt wants to ban everything since mid 90s so I choose to leave Oz to where I've more freedom to choose)  ...

New addition, deactivated 1942 Lithgo SMLE III, retains cock and click,  working safety,  active bolt (but has been ground down), removable magazine, cannot chamber rounds unfortuntely as barrel is blocked all the way through. Timber is in really good shape, looks good sitting in the toy room






   

Wood is awesome material :-)

I like how this piece "doesn't have" a barrel, barely anything sticks out of the wood.

Yeah, this is one of my favorites, been wanting one for ages, I'll have to get myself a live firing version at some point
