| Hey guys! A couple of years ago I got this nickel CAW Colt SAA from FRancky... Somehow I busted the trigger also the hammer is a little worn out. Can anyone help me find replacement parts for this one? I've written CAW twice and never got a response. Looked everywhere with no luck. I wouldn't like to have to throw the Colt away. Any help is appreciated . Thanks! | |

| I've also had an occasion to need to source some CAW SAA parts. My nephew seems to have been a little rough and tumble with a model belonging to my father! Anyway, I have heard that CAW is "not very responsive" to parts requests. But let's keep our fingers crossed. I've heard on some models that CAW makes that real parts may be fitted rather easily. I know if I cannot get what I need, I will give that a go. But by all means, please don't throw away your model - it would be great for parts!!!! | |

Will keep looking for parts if I manage to find them I will give you a heads up. I've thought about the real parts thing but we don't know if real parts will fit for sure plus a real trigger from a nickel Colt SAA would cost a lot. I don't know. CAW ain't responsive at all, and I just noticed that on their site they clearly state they won't ship any parts overseas. That is nonsense, you sell modelguns worldwide and then you won't sell replacement parts. All I kno is I wont be getting other CAW anytime soon. Oh well. If you manage to find someone who sells/makes parts let me know please. | |

| Hi Mike,I'm doing OK thanks There could be a good chance that shazhib may find a spare parts supplier in Japan or possibly on Japan's Yahoo Auction site. From what I've seen, the majority, if not all, Japanese dealers won't ship overseas. It's probably a Customs issue or something like that. Fortunately there aren't the same problems affecting private individuals sending packages by Courier or Air Mail.Don't throw your SAA away, something will come up eventually to repair it. _________________ Cerwyn

| Don't worry guys I won't throw it away! LOL Even if Im not able to fix it in the end it still makes a great display piece. I guess I'll find parts sooner or later oh well :-) John, still haven't gotten the ejector man, it should be waiting for me at my p.o. box. I will check it in the next couple of weeks, but I won't be able to install it till I get back to my home town in September. But I will let you know how it works also I will contact you for the steel bolt as I told you :-) Cerwyn, it definitely is a customs issue, but as you say, private individuals should have no problems sending stuff. Francky has sent me a lot of parts/accesories and guns in the past. So what I need to find is a fella who can place an order in Japan and then send it to me. Keeping my fingers crossed here fellas! Will keep you posted! Thanks for your help guys:-) | |

| Hey guys! Just a small update, contacted Shazhib and he got in touch with CAW (looks like they only soeak Japanese that's why they didn't answer any of my messages) thing is they had no triggers for the SAA. However Shazhib told me parts from Pietta or Army San Marcos could fit. I've been looking for those parts and so far come up with nothing. Does anyone here know where to find those? | |

| I'm sure John at PFCGUK deals with Pietta. He's on holiday at the moment but if you check his website you'll see when he's due back _________________ Cerwyn
