| Subject: Denix Replica MP40 "Transformed" for sale to genuine collectors/reenactors!! Fri Jan 27, 2017 3:17 pm | |
| Hi guys, Selling one of many "Done up" Denix Replica Submachine Guns. I have painstakingly applied my "Magic" in transforming this Replica MP40 to look more how it would in the "Real world" during WWII. As you can see from the pictures, (Before and after. More will be sent if you so require?). It has been completely stripped down and reworked from the ground up!! The pictures of the completely worn looking one with the fake "Bakelite" sides/grip is my personal one, but I have another ready to go!! It just needs your "personal input/requirement as to how far you want the look to go?? I can do a not so "Weathered" look with a choice of colour furniture, or go full blown "Weathered" again with which choice of furniture?? It has a very nice sling, and to top the look off, it has a real magazine (Vigneron MP40 copy!) that has been weathered also, along with five 9mm inerts inserted. Substantial work has gone into altering the magwell to take the real mag, as such it no longer accepts the original Denix one without a great deal of wobble. The pictures give you a better idea as to what you possibly want yours to look like?? Price is dependent on which model you require and work involved: Lightly weathered with standard furniture £185. With Bakelite furniture £195. Heavily weathered with standard furniture £205. With Bakelite furniture £215 Like I said, I have several of these Replicas to do up and sell, so please get in touch with your questions/requests, and I will do all I can to accommodate them!! Price is posted, but I would endeavour to allow discount if more than one purchased together?? Regards, Richie. | |

| Very nice work on all of them. Just one note.. if you spray the rather new looking sling with WD40 or soak it in engine oil and dry it will have that aged look to match the weapon. BTW. I couldn't see a price for the PPSh41. | |

| Nice work -
I received a Denix MP40 in a trade on movie props and thought it was terrible, gave it away - but seeing your work with them, gives me a whole new appreciation, well done!

| Lightly weathered looks more real. You slightly overworked with those other ones. Even on heavy weathered real ones original bluing stays more or less in hard reach areas. You can see this in picture here and compare the real one lower and Denix | |
