Thanks very much! I've two of these, both in working order. Really nice models to fire. Scarce these days sadly. _________________ Cerwyn

| These are lovely models… the MKIII Sten was, in late 1943 and in 1944 the most common form of Sten in service with British troops in Northwest Europe and is the most common in photos from Normandy until later in 1944. The MKII did make a come back, though, and the MKV was used by Airborne Troops. The 1928 Thompson remaining with Commandos and SAS troops and also a lot of troops in Italy and the Far East.
My only problem with this MGC model is the magazine. They are ribbed like MP40 Mags and they should be plain and if I’m correct, standard Sten mags won’t fit… | |

| It’s a pity - have you tried standard Sten mags? Presuming they don’t fit…? | |

| Yes, I have tried STEN mags but they don't fit. The models work really well using the OE MGC MP40 mags though. _________________ Cerwyn
