I finally was able to purchase a MGC Mp40

Hello all, I know its been about 2 yrs since I was last on here, but I finally purchased my first MGC Mp40 #6029 (here in the USA) and it is from the the orig. owner's family who purchased it new in '72 from RMI in Va. Thankfully, it does have an uncut bolt face and removable plug (no det). The odd gold colors will have to be reblued because it doesn't look "right" to me and it has extensive handling marks on the grip frame to the point they wore the finish off. The orig. mgc box and RMI paperwork was included, minus MGC instruction "manual" (which I would assume is really rare, since I have never seen one come up for sale and the scans online are poor from what I have seen). I'll add it to the registry this wkend.
