For a couple years there I was able to get aceros de hispania to ship to the US, which let me get some of the Umarex and Zoraki models not readily available from US importers. Now they say us legislative policy (they won't specify what) prevents them from doing so, even on models I know I can order from Maxsell or other US companies.
Anyone have any other leads on ways to get some of those harder to find models like the Umarexes, or the Zoraki 917, or Retays?

I'm not sure. I orderd last year and had no problem on the first batch and had the next 2 fail to reach me.

Hm... what does "at a premium" mean? How bad are we talking?

I bought 3 umeraxs for 1500, but it's worth it to me. I bet nobody else has a trade marked licensed M&P Shield exact copy blank gun. I've got Gen5 glocks coming next.

Oof. What is the turnaround time like? At that price, it's worth waiting until I have a specific project, probably. I do have one of their M&P 9cs, a PPQ, some 1911s, and some revolvers already.
