| Have you guys in the states seen this place? The BF's look very good, not cheap of course but scratched built never will be. looks like they are going to do a BAR, MP44 and some pistols as well, unfortunately not something we can have in the UK. http://dunritearmory.com/

| Claymore, well spotted. It's such a pity that bonafide collectors/re-enactors here in the UK are penalized. Sometimes (ok all the time) the completely ridiculous laws in the UK make me 😤 I'm sure that many UK members on this forum would sell a Kidney to own one of their creations. When I become Prime Minister, first on my list is to relax the Draconian laws on ownership of recreated weaponry, and when I say weaponry I of course refer to the non and never will be able to fire any form of projectile even if be a tiny plastic white ball, for either use to enhance the hobby of Military History re-enacting or just for a law abiding Joe/Julie Blogs collectors to decrease his or her bank account by purchasing something like this. Oooh I wish we had some form of Second Amendment. Sorry for the rant. Back to Claymore's post, true bit of historical gun collecting porn there buddy. | |

| Rant away, you are completely right and without opening a Brexit debate it never ceases to amaze me that not only are the rest of Europe allowed all types of blank firers but they can still own the real thing and here was me thinking all things were equal and the same in Europe! | |

| All men are equal (1776) unless you happen to live in the UK. Claymore please put a £ in the swear box for mentioning the "B" word 😂 Joking apart, I know all countries in the so called EU have there own law enforcement regarding live firearms, blank firing guns, imitation firearms, deacts etc, but why on earth if we are supposed to be a United union if we don't all follow suit. Why not have a Europe wide law enforcement regarding live firearms ie, one for all or nothing. Same for blank, deactivated, imitation etc. When will these over paid, goody two shoes, waste of time bureaucrats listen to the people who pay for their salaries, moats and dovecotes, second homes, free food and beverages in the parliamentary restaurants and there torid affairs listen. It is not just the shooting, collector, re-enactors that suffer this nanny state, the motorist, occasional drinker, not smoker because that is just bad ( infact kills more per annum than any rogue shooter) holiday maker, home owner etc. I say bring back Wolfie Smith, power to the people | |

| QUOTE Brough2: 'bring back Wolfie Smith'
Gawd no, he was a Marxist Socialist, who these days would no doubt support Corbyn and his creed - who'd without doubt ban EVERYTHING......
.....and if the EU have their way, the net result would be the same. More good reason to pull out and repatriate Sovereign power..!

| Fair enough Johnny - but without broaching such things, we allow poetic licence for it all to be banned without question. Words cannot begin to address how dangerous a Corbyn administration would be for the likes of your business.... | |

| The Tories - even though they have moved Left recently - would never seriously threaten what's left of the gun trade imo! A Socialist government most definitely would though of course!!
I personally am a member of the Libertarian Party and wholeheartedly follow Mike Lyndsey and Firearms UK. They represent Modelguns to. 50 cal, yet are, Unfortunately, fighting an ever losing battle. The EU, once the grip tightens, will be just the same, if not worse, as any domestic administration (especially Labour)
