Subject: MGC68 MP40 Resting Bar Help Sat May 11, 2019 4:41 pm
Hey everyone , first post on this forum as I’m in need of help in regards to my MGC68 MP40
Essentially , the resting bar is missing . And upon inspection it would appear that the pin that holds the resting bar in place is actually cast .
Would anyone here have a spare resting bar for sale ? Or suggest how to retrofit an original/reproduction one ?

I have been searching the internet for one for years, so far no luck. Maybe someone with a 3D printer could make some based on the original design. I was also thinking of making a mold from an original and sand casting one from aluminum that would be a project for the future.
