Hey fellas! I’ve been looking for caps for more than a year now with no luck. None of the British sellers who had these respond anymore to messages, so I was hoping to find an alternative and I found these https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01M58E3WN/?coliid=I2POZ2IMK83NNL&colid=2D3RZXIHB3180&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Can anyone tell me if these would work? Maybe with a little modification if necessary? Thanks guys!

Hi Mickey,

from my own experience, I can tell you that Wicke Amorces won’t work in „closed“ modelgun systems.

They don’t have enough power to cycle a modelgun.

Maybe you need to build a cartridge for 2 Wicke Amorces but then the punching power to ignite them could be a problem (the Japanese plug fire caps are more sensitive then the Amorces).

I think only in revolvers, shotguns and other non-automatic modelguns, where you only need a bang and some smoke without mechanical movement, they could do a job.

Jati

I see, thanks for the info Jati. Well, that’s it for me then. Will have to use my tommy gun for display purposes from now on.
