Hi friends
Anyone give an idea a fair price for a vgc MGC MP40 ?
No idea spec though guessing it’s bolt has been cut for none firing spec
Hope not .
Are they a good buy ?
Never had an mp40 always eluded me

Always hard to price them as they have ranged from £450 to £800 depending on who you are buying from. Even with the bolt cut it will still command a fairly high price as its way better than a deact these days.

If you can get another bolt made and a det pin if it does not have one then yes its a great model and fires really well on P220 or similar rounds.

As a none firer i think the only thing not correct with it is the barrel nut which is the wrong shape, other than that its an excellent model.

I need to have a read up of reviews on here there seems to be lots !!
It is @ £700 mark with an original sling
Pretty sure its cut bolt but seller says he can,t tell and is not confident to strip it .....
Think he is being evasive knowing it will never fire in current state .
Was it all the American guns got cut this way : back in the day ?

Deal breaker for me could be that MG Props has an all metal Marushin for less with in tact bolt and rounds available to fire etc ....

Guessing it is not as good as the MGC ?
