I have bought there for many years - until last Fall.

In all I have made at least 20+ purchases from Dentrinity over 4 years and they got progressivley worse and worse.

They HOSED ME big time on my last order (made August, 2005).

They were taking longer and looooonger to process orders, but on that last order, they sent me only half the order with a note that said "items A through Z are out of stock, we will send them later" ......

WHAT?!!?!?

I wote them every day for 2 weeks - NO RESPONSE at all.

I had the credit card company do a "charge back" and they FINALLY replied with a tracking number showing confirmation of delivery. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE $200.00 OF MISSING ITEMS??

They eventually sent me ONE (!!) of the 6 missing items.

After a LENGTHY battle with Den/Paypal/Credit Card companies, I got my money back.

AND.....not only did they short me almost half of my order, THEY MADE SUBSTITUTIONS wherever they wanted to without telling me.....a STEEL Guarder spring guide was replaced with a PLASTIC King Arms guide. BEARINGS were replaced with BUSHINGS. (etc etc)

Their WELL DOCUMENTED slide from "good service" has been recorded on MANY airsoft sites.

DENTRINITY SUCKS! Sorry to be so belligerent here, but I hate this retailer with all my heart and soul. This post is bringing back all the emotions

Stick with UNcompany (the BEST!!), WGC (war game club), WAR4Toys, or Tokyo Model.......they are all TOPS!!!!

Take it for what its worth, but I spend at least $4,000 per month on airsoft orders with Hong Kong retailers. I have done business with ALL of them.

Guns and Guys, definitely - very good communication. Only downside? VERY high shipping prices by comparison to other HK dealers......they like to do the old "low price/high shipping" balancing act. I find that irritating.

They have a Marushin Super enforcer for sale at only $140.00 (!) while the gun is over $300.00 anywhere else in the world. But their shipping quote on this TINY gun is $115.00!!! (30.00 shipping from UNcompany).

I can't be bothered with that. It's like eBay sellers doing low prices on a computer part and 60.00 to ship. I saw "$65.00 shipping" on a hard drive last week!!! Of course the hardrive was "$1.00 no reserve!"

I hate games.
