| Post by Claymore Ebay do have a big problem with us Brits buying guns from other Ebay sites and will suspend your account if they realsie you have bought this way, so you can buy but take a risk with gettin a suspended account. Why they do this i have no idea just as i have no idea why they dont allow anything gun orientated to be sold on the UK site | |

| Post by DeadlyElement Definately strange, i remember the days you could buy anything gun related on ebay, seen air rifles, co2 pistols, deacts, blank firers and even loads of the illegal 9mm PAK type, they were changing hands on ebay for 4-5 times the amount they were worth!
I think you'd only get a suspended account if somebody reported you, that seems to be the way ebay operate, they dont actively police the site themselfes, they just rely on people reporting auctions.

I wouldn't be so sure on this one, some months ago a Marushin M16 Magazine changed hands on this forum and the seller got into trouble because Paypal had been used. Certainly neither the seller nor buyer would have reported the deal but Paypal probably police their site? Not sure how they keep track of all the transfers though. I have bought modelguns through e-Bay.Com in the past. Some dealers in California will happily ship to the UK. Cerwyn
