I don't really dig what happened to the Beretta M9? Did the barrel split/break/crack? The guy used the wrong caps (5mm), didn't he?

I saw something similar happening years ago. A friend had a brand new BBM Bruni "Colt Government" 8 mm K blank gun that cracked and shot away its slide on the very first shot. It took us 20 minutes untill we found the cracked slide ...

OOOPs!! i know that feeling, barrels breaking and its always when the video camera comes out, i tell you videoing stuff is asking for trouble.

Did he actually put 5mm caps in the round and how many did he put in i thought i heard him saying 2, if 2 no wonder the barrel went into space but how did he get a 5mm cap to work in a 7mm round?

i know the guys frustation with the garand, everytime kickback gets a model working really well and i take the video camera round the dont work anymore.

Well, he uses the "5 mm MGC" box, and if my old eys are still working, those are th small green 5 mm caps that "fall" into the cart ...

I know it is not really funny, but I kept on thinking about Borat with an M9! I too thought that he was using 2 5mm caps, but I was surprised to see just how much damage it did, and how far it flung the front half of his barrel, I thought that it was a sticky dart or something! I also think that Cerwyn puts this guy to shame with such a shaky video, but at least he was trying bless him. Maybe Francky or Shazhib should send him an email with the cost of a new barrel.

I know I'd be as sick as the proverbial parrot if one of my guns did that (well I know I would for a fact... it's happened!) but I couldn't help but laugh at this poor guy's reaction when that barrel flew out 'the front!

I think he did well to keep his language as clean as he did, poor bloke.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to send him a sympathetic note and a link to the forum really would it?
