| Post by Mark I have not had any problems from them and yes, they do paint the muzzles orange as per federal law. Their shipping rates are ok, not the best but merely ok. I am not sure that there are really any good shipping rates from most countries anymore. _________________ Wanted to buy: MGC Sten MK3....trades?(still)

| Post by 8ace My first gun was ordered from them and the service was good BUT I have emailed them on a number of occasions for information on their products before ordering and never received a reply. | |

| Post by Jez_JRP I once had a package intercepted, raided and stolen by parcel force (uk) and DEN sent me a replacement free of charge. I highly recommend them. I also recommend when parcel force mess you around, offering to come to the depot to "help them find it" | |

Actually, it really isn't putty its actually black silicone. And it peels off fairly easilly. However, it does stick rather well sometimes and it will need some minor fingernail scrapage to remove the smaller stuck on bits. _________________ Wanted to buy: MGC Sten MK3....trades?(still)

| Post by ricks I just received an order from them & they were prompt & reliable. Their ordering process involves receiving a quote from them by email, so it's not exactly "click & pay," but there were no hassles. _________________ Rick | |

| Post by GZ22 I found them very easy to deal with, and very prompt too. The only problem I had wasn't with Den, but with Parcelforce, who charged me £15 for handling it! I''d recommend Den Trinity to anyone. | |
