Anyone in the U.S. or abroad ever dealt with Den Trinity in Hong Kong? I was going to order some paroduct, but another guy in the U.S. told me he had some trouble with them. Thought I would check with you guys... let me know if ya have a minute. Thanks!

Phil

Really? No problems with importing rifles or pistols? Do they paint the barrels orange as well?? Are their shipping rates fair?

Thanks for responding... I appreciate it!!

I have not had any problems from them and yes, they do paint the muzzles orange as per federal law. Their shipping rates are ok, not the best but merely ok. I am not sure that there are really any good shipping rates from most countries anymore.

My first gun was ordered from them and the service was good BUT I have emailed them on a number of occasions for information on their products before ordering and never received a reply.

Yeah... it is always the language barrier that makes it feel a tad iffy when ya order from most of the Asian outfits. My New Years resolution is to learn and master Mandarin, Japanese, Chinese and maybe a smathering of Viet Namese just to round it all off.

Yeah... like that is going to happen. I have liven in So. California all my life and can barely speak 5 words of Spanish!

Out.

I once had a package intercepted, raided and stolen by parcel force (uk) and DEN sent me a replacement free of charge. I highly recommend them.

I also recommend when parcel force mess you around, offering to come to the depot to "help them find it" Anyone dealt with Den Trinity? Icon_twisted

How hard is that weird putty they put on there to cover up trademarks and logos? Does it come off pretty cleanly?

Actually, it really isn't putty its actually black silicone. And it peels off fairly easilly. However, it does stick rather well sometimes and it will need some minor fingernail scrapage to remove the smaller stuck on bits.

I just received an order from them & they were prompt & reliable. Their ordering process involves receiving a quote from them by email, so it's not exactly "click & pay," but there were no hassles.

I found them very easy to deal with, and very prompt too. The only problem I had wasn't with Den, but with Parcelforce, who charged me £15 for handling it! I''d recommend Den Trinity to anyone.
