I've had mine in a box for a month. I sat down yesterday and had it together in 2.5 hours with thanks to Ricks for his instructions in English. I have to say, that was a lot of fun! I totally enjoyed building that gun, and it fires great. I own a lot of real black guns but that was by far the most fun to build. I am new to model guns, this forum is great for information and I will be building more of these. So much cheaper than a real full auto and just as fun.

Hi Romagnus

I've taken the liberty of moving the rest of this thread over to "Modelgun Problems" and given it the "Marushin MP40 Firing Problems" title.
I hope you'll agree it's the best section for the difficulties you're having.

Thanks!

Hi romagnus!

Welcome to the modelgun forums. I too, have a large collection of real firearms to go along with all of my modelguns. I like the MP40 and since i reside in Washington state i cannot have a real live mp40 (nor any full auto goodness) due to state law. So i decided to collect mp40 replicas. Doing so, i discovered modelguns.

Hence the reason for this forum as well as my websites name.

The Marushin mp40 is a real "blast" to shoot and it will remain one of my favorite modelguns.
