This is the first model gun I bought. It's firing standard Marushin cartridges with a mixture of MG and Marushin caps...

My thanks go to Carol, without whose help this Video would not have been possible Wink

Its a Zinc MP40 using the heavy zinc bolt but with the Marushin ABS recoil tubes but also using the regular Marushin MP40 rounds .

Its a bit quiet as I was using the Marui 7mm caps . (the lowest power caps there is)

goes to show that even the Marushin MP40 rounds can push back a bolt and recoil assy weighing in at 460g Shocked (MGC MP40 bolt is only 270g)

oh and its Mrs DOC in the Dot 44 😉

Edit : Stoppage is due to one of those Marui caps not blowing back enough

One with a difference this!
Searching through some new sites I found this. A really slick and professional looking video of an MP40 modelgun but of particular interest are the Titanium Cartridges...

I've no idea what advantages Titanium has for this application but maybe one of our Japanese friends can tell usd more?
