As far as I am aware, there should be no problems at all with you buying any Replica gun from the UK
Discussions we've had recently have centred around the UK's VCRA Laws restricting sales of Replicas to registered Re-enactors etc living here in the UK. Imports and sales within the UK are subject to these restrictions, there should be no problem with a UK resident selling and exporting a Replica to you.

I'm afraid the issue is with shipping, as discussed in the thread where I mentioned problem with a model that phobus sent from UK. Royal Mail is out of question, and unless buyer and seller agree (and stick to that agreement!) to risk another service - shipping is not as easy as it seems. | |

But I did look through FedEx UK T+Cs which don't mention anything about replica firearms in their prohibited/restricted items

| I talked to MGCUK about this and he said that FedEx and such use UK aircraft and therefore can not ship outside UK.
But I thought that all the shipping service companies used there own aircrafts?

| The problem with air cargo - at least here in Germany - is that couriers often use normal passenger planes to transport air cargo as long as there is cargo space left in the plane.
