Here are couple photos with muzzle flash I did with Kokusai's M36 HW.
As you can see, it splashed fairly good.

I used default 7mmx1 plus 5mmx1 and the powder. As you can see, flash from a muzzle as well as forcing cone.

Does the flame actually do much damage to the barrel and chamber?

It seem barrel is OK for now, but I've already found a small crack on a cylinder. But this may have to do with dualing up the caps (7mm+5mm), not from adding a mag.

I think I cannot stop this even a crack getting bigger. Want to have more effective and splashy flash. It is another enjoyment of modelgun hobby to make an experiment to reach what you are aiming for.

Kokusai cylinder is relatively easy to source.

I'm considering to try on a different revolver.
