I am new to this forum, but I have been following for many years now. Truly a great source of information!
I wanted to inquire to see if anyone out there knows a source to obtain a MGC68 mp40 barrel nut that is made from steel rather than the zinc alloy? I was able to find a couple "worth point" listings from a few years back while doing a basic google search, but the link that the poster listed was cut off. He supposedly was based out of Hawaii?
Im sure anyone with a machine shop could make to the correct size as they are smaller than originals. What are you all's thoughts?
