Yes, Hudson and (I think) Nakata had produced an all zinc Tokarev modelgun years ago. WaShan still makes their all zinc Tokarev modelgun and it looks really good. I unfortunately don't own one at this time.

I have one, dunno who made it? It is all metal, stamped "1974" and "Japan" and has "CCCP" and the star on the grips. Looks and feels pretty good

Hudson make a plastic one i think while wa shan is a full metal.

Nakata Tokarev seems to have full markings:
